Milford, PA (August 16, 2012) – With a board vote, Katrina Foster, President & Founder of KKPR Marketing & Public Relations, Inc. was elected to the Northeast Pennsylvania Chapter of  the American Advertising Federation (AAF), District 2. AAF Northeast Pennsylvania is the only area organization dedicated to promoting greater effectiveness in the use of advertising and fostering higher standards of practice in advertising and public communications. They are affiliated with the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the national organization empowered by over 50,000 professionals in 220 advertising clubs, 220 college chapters and 110 corporations nationwide.

The AAF, the nation’s oldest national advertising trade association, and the only association representing all facets of the advertising industry, is headquartered in Washington, D.C., and acts as the “Unifying Voice for Advertising.”

As President of the Board, Foster will be responsible for ensuring the continued success of the organization by furthering institutional development and increasing participation and awareness among the advertising and communications community. In efforts to further unite the membership, she will aid in the development of stronger events while also lending a hand to see through another successful ADDY Award ceremony.
